SECTION 2.1: IMEI STATUS, LOCK STATUS, AND COMPATIBILITY

Devices sold by ESTREN ELECTRONIC may be sold as carrier-locked, unlocked, or partially/conditionally unlocked, as clearly disclosed in the product listing and description at the time of purchase.

You acknowledge and agree that:

The IMEI status and lock status of a device are disclosed in the product listing prior to checkout.
Locked devices will function only with the specified carrier (or under the conditions stated in the listing).
Unlocked devices may function with compatible carriers; however, compatibility may vary due to region, frequency bands, carrier network technology, carrier policies, and future changes.
ESTREN ELECTRONIC does not guarantee that an unlocked device will work with all carriers or that compatibility will remain indefinitely.
ESTREN ELECTRONIC is not responsible for locks, suspensions, restrictions, reports, blacklisting, or changes to IMEI status applied by carriers, third parties, or authorities after delivery.
The customer is solely responsible for verifying compatibility (carrier, region, bands, intended use) prior to purchase.

SECTION 3: ORDERS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. ESTREN ELECTRONIC reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at our sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until ESTREN ELECTRONIC confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment for acceptance of your order.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as ESTREN ELECTRONIC may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.

Your purchases are subject to returns or exchanges only in accordance with our Refund Policy.
