SHIPPING DESTINATIONS
We currently ship only within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.
PROCESSING TIMES
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
Orders placed after 7:00 p.m. will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, high demand, or carrier delays.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before payment is completed.
Free shipping promotions may apply during active campaigns.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Any additional costs incurred due to address errors will be the responsibility of the customer.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Once the order is handed over to the carrier, shipping responsibility transfers to the customer.
If your package shows as “delivered” but was not received, you must contact the carrier directly.
We can assist by providing tracking information, but we are not responsible for delays, theft, or loss occurring after the package is in the carrier’s possession.
SHIPPING DAMAGE
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 12 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damage so we can evaluate a possible solution.
P.O. BOX ADDRESSES
Shipments to P.O. Boxes are subject to carrier availability and may have different delivery times.
FAILED DELIVERY OR RETURNED PACKAGES
If a shipment is returned by the carrier due to failed delivery attempts, customer refusal, or repeated absence, reshipping fees will apply and must be covered by the customer.
