Refund policy

This policy applies only to orders shipped within the United States.


Return Window

Returns are accepted within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Unused, unactivated, and without additional damage

  • Match the original IMEI / serial number

  • Returned in its original packaging

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.


Damages or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and provide a solution.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Activated or used devices

  • Altered or tampered items

  • Items not returned in original condition


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

Approved returns must be completed before placing a new order.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is up to 14 business days

  • Banks or card issuers may take additional time to post the refund

If more than 14 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
